Schwartzistan is a country founded in 1804, comprising seven constituent regions: The Ostrand, The Capital District, Kesselhöh, Westgau, The Sudmark, Norrfeld and The Osmoor. At the census of 2026 its population stood at 713,739. It returns an Assembly of 63 seats, contested at general elections held at intervals of five years since 1829, and its public record extends to forty-five events, the earliest and most numerous of which are these elections.
Geography and setting
The country is divided for administrative and electoral purposes into the seven regions named above, each returning members to the Assembly and each the subject of its own returns in the decennial census.
