Viktor Kranz
Viktor Kranz (born 16 July 1925) was a Schwartzistani official of Norrwick, in Norrfeld; died 2 January 2004, aged 78.
Viktor Kranz sat in the Assembly for Norrfeld and voted with The Reed Party. The Clerk's journal records attendance and nothing of speeches. The register enters the occupation as official, without naming the ministry. The civil register enters Viktor Kranz as a official of Norrwick, and the Encyclopedia follows the register.
