Ottmar Mahler
Ottmar Mahler (born 14 October 1767) was a Schwartzistani tailor of Vellmar, in The Capital District; died 12 March 1833, aged 65.
Ottmar Mahler held the seals of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and attended the Conference in the customary form. The occupation entered is tailor. The civil register enters Ottmar Mahler as a tailor of Vellmar, and the Encyclopedia follows the register.
