Ursula Kessler
Ursula Kessler (born 8 January 1917) was a Schwartzistani printer of Vellmar, in The Capital District; died 25 July 1999, aged 82.
As Member of the Assembly for The Capital District, Ursula Kessler was one of the sixty-three and voted, as every member has, for the war appropriation. The occupation entered is printer; printers are licensed for almanacs and calendars by the Ministry of Chronology and the licence number appears on every sheet. The civil register enters Ursula Kessler as a printer of Vellmar, and the Encyclopedia follows the register.
