Oskar Quast
Oskar Quast (born 13 January 1915) was a Schwartzistani postal worker of Hollstadt, in Westgau; died 4 March 1978, aged 63.
As Member of the Assembly for Westgau, Oskar Quast was one of the sixty-three and voted, as every member has, for the war appropriation.
