Edvard Horen
Edvard Horen (born 12 February 1911) was a Schwartzistani merchant of Oberbach, in Kesselhöh; died 14 February 1979, aged 68.
Edvard Horen sat in the Assembly for Kesselhöh and voted with The Reed Party. The Clerk's journal records attendance and nothing of speeches.
