Xaver Ziegel
Xaver Ziegel (born 22 April 1771) was a Schwartzistani farmer of Vellmar, in The Capital District; died 15 September 1838, aged 67.
Xaver Ziegel held the seals of the Ministry of Finance, which keeps the register of companies and sets the fees of every other ministry. Farming in Schwartzistan is largely a matter of drained ground and the maintenance of ditches, and the register enters farmers in every region. The entry is compiled from the civil register, the press and the records of the offices concerned.
