Werner Ebner
Werner Ebner (born 27 August 1791) was a Schwartzistani farmer of Vellmar, in The Capital District; died 15 July 1844, aged 52.
Werner Ebner sat in the Assembly for The Capital District and voted with The Assembly Union. The Clerk's journal records attendance and nothing of speeches. The occupation entered is farmer; the farms of the marsh districts are drained land, and the register lists farmers in every region.
