Arno Kessler
Arno Kessler (born 26 December 1902) was a Schwartzistani farmer of Vellhausen, in Kesselhöh; died 27 March 1974, aged 71.
Arno Kessler sat in the Assembly for The Osmoor and voted with The Continuity Party. The Clerk's journal records attendance and nothing of speeches. Farming in Schwartzistan is largely a matter of drained ground and the maintenance of ditches, and the register enters farmers in every region. Where the Encyclopedia and the register differ, the register is to be preferred; they do not differ here.
