Valter Ostrand
Valter Ostrand (born 28 December 1796) was a Schwartzistani farmer of Sanding, in Westgau; died 1 January 1850, aged 53.
Valter Ostrand sat in the Assembly for Westgau and voted with The Assembly Union. The Clerk's journal records attendance and nothing of speeches. Farming in Schwartzistan is largely a matter of drained ground and the maintenance of ditches, and the register enters farmers in every region. The civil register enters Valter Ostrand as a farmer of Sanding, and the Encyclopedia follows the register.
