Hugo Melten
Hugo Melten (born 11 January 1898) was a Schwartzistani mechanic of Salzmund, in The Capital District; died 23 August 1967, aged 69.
As Member of the Assembly for The Capital District, Hugo Melten was one of the sixty-three and voted, as every member has, for the war appropriation. The occupation entered is mechanic. The civil register enters Hugo Melten as a mechanic of Salzmund, and the Encyclopedia follows the register.
