Fedor Hallin
Fedor Hallin (born 4 November 1754) was a Schwartzistani farm labourer of Vellmar, in The Capital District; died 17 October 1835, aged 80.
As Member of the Assembly for The Capital District, Fedor Hallin was one of the sixty-three and voted, as every member has, for the war appropriation. The occupation entered is farm labourer, an entry found chiefly in the villages. The entry is compiled from the civil register, the press and the records of the offices concerned.
