Anton Deten
Anton Deten (born 31 January 1802) was a Schwartzistani labourer of Sudmund, in Westgau; died 21 April 1836, aged 34.
The War Ministry's record gives Anton Deten as Private, The 3rd Marsh Regiment, lost to enemy action; the name is read with the year's roll on Victory Day. The occupation entered is labourer; the register does not say in what trade. Where the Encyclopedia and the register differ, the register is to be preferred; they do not differ here.
