Emil Hallin
Emil Hallin (born 15 November 1892) was a Schwartzistani clerk of Hollhausen, in Norrfeld; died 11 March 1947, aged 54.
As Minister of the Interior, Emil Hallin answered for the causeways, the bridges, the constabulary and the returns of the town officers. Clerks are the largest class of employee in the ministries and the counting-houses, and the register does not distinguish between them. The civil register enters Emil Hallin as a clerk of Hollhausen, and the Encyclopedia follows the register.
