Edvard Fenn
Edvard Fenn (born 17 August 1890) was a Schwartzistani official of Vellmar, in The Capital District; died 2 June 1958, aged 67.
As Minister of the Interior, Edvard Fenn answered for the causeways, the bridges, the constabulary and the returns of the town officers. The register enters the occupation as official, without naming the ministry. For the rest, the record consists of the register entries given below.
