Ulrik Momann
Ulrik Momann (born 20 January 1763) was a Schwartzistani cook of Vellmar, in The Capital District; died 20 July 1828, aged 65.
Ulrik Momann held the seals of the Ministry of Finance, which keeps the register of companies and sets the fees of every other ministry. The occupation entered is cook. The civil register enters Ulrik Momann as a cook of Vellmar, and the Encyclopedia follows the register.
