Arno Hallin
Arno Hallin (born 6 April 1874) was a Schwartzistani factory worker of Norrhafen, in The Sudmark; died 15 January 1933, aged 58.
Arno Hallin held the seals of the Ministry of Chronology, whose licence number appears on every clock face in the country. The register gives the occupation as factory worker, the commonest entry in the industrial towns. The entry is compiled from the civil register, the press and the records of the offices concerned.
