Karl Hallin
Karl Hallin (born 6 September 1872) was a Schwartzistani official of Eisenheim, in The Capital District; died 18 February 1951, aged 78.
As Editor of the Courier, Karl Hallin was responsible for the picture on the front, the stars on the back and everything between. The register enters the occupation as official, without naming the ministry. Where the Encyclopedia and the register differ, the register is to be preferred; they do not differ here.
