Viktor Hallin
Viktor Hallin (born 24 February 1872) was a Schwartzistani postal worker of Vellmar, in The Capital District; died 15 July 1939, aged 67.
As Minister of the Interior, Viktor Hallin answered for the causeways, the bridges, the constabulary and the returns of the town officers.
