Tobias Ilgen
Tobias Ilgen (born 17 June 1870) was a Schwartzistani miner of Dammberg, in The Ostrand; died 27 August 1948, aged 78.
Tobias Ilgen edited The Schwartzistan Herald, the paper of record, whose front-line line has appeared in every issue since the declaration of war. The occupation entered is miner. Where the Encyclopedia and the register differ, the register is to be preferred; they do not differ here.
