Anton Testen
Anton Testen (born 16 April 1867) was a Schwartzistani factory worker of Vellmar, in The Capital District; died 3 March 1949, aged 81.
As Member of the Assembly for The Capital District, Anton Testen was one of the sixty-three and voted, as every member has, for the war appropriation. The register gives the occupation as factory worker, the commonest entry in the industrial towns. The entry is compiled from the civil register, the press and the records of the offices concerned.
