Hugo Rabe
Hugo Rabe (born 16 December 1867) was a Schwartzistani farmer of Grauburg, in Kesselhöh; died 30 April 1946, aged 78.
As Member of the Assembly for The Osmoor, Hugo Rabe was one of the sixty-three and voted, as every member has, for the war appropriation. The occupation entered is farmer; the farms of the marsh districts are drained land, and the register lists farmers in every region.
