Oskar Rusk
Oskar Rusk (born 12 May 1863) was a Schwartzistani clerk of Vellmar, in The Capital District; died 1 January 1924, aged 60.
Oskar Rusk represented The Capital District in the Assembly under the colours of The Continuity Party. Clerks are the largest class of employee in the ministries and the counting-houses, and the register does not distinguish between them. Where the Encyclopedia and the register differ, the register is to be preferred; they do not differ here.
