Emil Hallin (born 9 November 1861) was a Schwartzistani clerk of Vellmar, in The Capital District; died 11 August 1901, aged 39.
Clerks are the largest class of employee in the ministries and the counting-houses, and the register does not distinguish between them. The civil register enters Emil Hallin as a clerk of Vellmar, and the Encyclopedia follows the register.
