Ottmar Kessler
Ottmar Kessler (born 1 May 1848) was a Schwartzistani soldier of Vellmar, in The Capital District; died 26 November 1900, aged 52.
Ottmar Kessler sat in the Assembly for The Capital District and voted with The Continuity Party. The Clerk's journal records attendance and nothing of speeches. The occupation entered is soldier; the regiments are the Marsh Regiments, and their depot is at Marschau.
