Ottmar Kaltz
Ottmar Kaltz (born 2 January 1847) was a Schwartzistani vintner of Vellmar, in The Capital District; died 19 June 1911, aged 64.
As Member of the Assembly for The Capital District, Ottmar Kaltz was one of the sixty-three and voted, as every member has, for the war appropriation. The occupation entered is vintner; the vineyards of the marsh edge produce the wines sold in cask and bottle throughout the country.
