Fedor Hallin
Fedor Hallin (born 12 March 1770) was a Schwartzistani fisherman of Hochstadt, in Westgau; died 5 December 1831, aged 61.
As Grand Chancellor, Fedor Hallin took the salute at Victory Square, received the ministers' reports and signed the acts of the Assembly. The Chancellery's roll gives the dates set out below. The occupation entered is fisherman; the catch is chiefly eel. The civil register enters Fedor Hallin as a fisherman of Hochstadt, and the Encyclopedia follows the register.
