Ottmar Amsel
Ottmar Amsel (born 26 September 1845) was a Schwartzistani carter of Sanding, in Westgau; died 24 July 1894, aged 48.
As Minister of the Interior, Ottmar Amsel answered for the causeways, the bridges, the constabulary and the returns of the town officers. The occupation entered is carter; the carters' trade depends on the state of the causeways and is much concerned with it. Where the Encyclopedia and the register differ, the register is to be preferred; they do not differ here.
