Ottmar Hallin
Ottmar Hallin (born 22 May 1841) was a Schwartzistani merchant of Kesseltal, in The Osmoor; died 27 July 1919, aged 78.
As Member of the Assembly for The Osmoor, Ottmar Hallin was one of the sixty-three and voted, as every member has, for the war appropriation. The occupation entered is merchant; the trading houses of the quays are the profession's usual seat. The civil register enters Ottmar Hallin as a merchant of Kesseltal, and the Encyclopedia follows the register.
