Bertil Serfeld
Bertil Serfeld (born 11 February 1840) was a Schwartzistani farmer of Salzmund, in The Capital District; died 24 July 1898, aged 58.
As Member of the Assembly for The Capital District, Bertil Serfeld was one of the sixty-three and voted, as every member has, for the war appropriation. Farming in Schwartzistan is largely a matter of drained ground and the maintenance of ditches, and the register enters farmers in every region. The civil register enters Bertil Serfeld as a farmer of Salzmund, and the Encyclopedia follows the register.
