Werner Rusk
Werner Rusk (born 16 December 1838) was a Schwartzistani shopkeeper of Vellmar, in The Capital District; died 7 December 1931, aged 92.
Werner Rusk presided in the High Court, whose rulings bind the regional courts and the Court of Chronological Offences. The register enters the occupation as shopkeeper; the shop is not identified. For the rest, the record consists of the register entries given below.
