Valter Ostmann
Valter Ostmann (born 26 January 1814) was a Schwartzistani farmer of Dammsee, in The Osmoor; died 1 August 1869, aged 55.
Valter Ostmann held the seals of the Ministry of Education, which keeps the national catalogue of works. Farming in Schwartzistan is largely a matter of drained ground and the maintenance of ditches, and the register enters farmers in every region.
