Teodor Sirar
Teodor Sirar (born 15 April 1811) was a Schwartzistani smith of Vellmar, in The Capital District; died 20 March 1863, aged 51.
Teodor Sirar sat in the Assembly for The Capital District and voted with The Assembly Union. The Clerk's journal records attendance and nothing of speeches. The occupation entered is smith. The civil register enters Teodor Sirar as a smith of Vellmar, and the Encyclopedia follows the register.
