Viktor Ostrand
Viktor Ostrand (born 11 August 1953) was a Schwartzistani labourer of Vellmar, in The Capital District; died 3 June 2014, aged 60.
Viktor Ostrand sat in the Assembly for The Capital District and voted with The Marsh Preservation League. The Clerk's journal records attendance and nothing of speeches. The occupation entered is labourer; the register does not say in what trade. Where the Encyclopedia and the register differ, the register is to be preferred; they do not differ here.
