Viktor Holt
Viktor Holt (born 30 October 1946) is a Schwartzistani factory worker of Ostrabruck, in The Ostrand; living, aged 79.
As Editor of the Herald, Viktor Holt was responsible for the paper which calls itself 'this journal' and has done so since its first number.
