Ansel Gackhardt
Ansel Gackhardt (born 16 August 1753) was a Schwartzistani boatman of Bruchwick, in The Sudmark; died 23 March 1822, aged 68.
Ansel Gackhardt sat in the Assembly for The Sudmark and voted with The Reed Party. The Clerk's journal records attendance and nothing of speeches. The occupation entered is boatman; the boatmen of the Ostra and the marsh cuts carry goods where the causeways do not run. Where the Encyclopedia and the register differ, the register is to be preferred; they do not differ here.
