Aurel Quast
Aurel Quast (born 10 October 1807) was a Schwartzistani farmer of Ostrahausen, in Kesselhöh; died 29 June 1856, aged 48.
Aurel Quast founded Quast Brewery, a brewing concern at Sandfeld, which is entered in the register of companies at the Ministry of Finance. The occupation entered is farmer; the farms of the marsh districts are drained land, and the register lists farmers in every region.
