Teodor Hallin
Teodor Hallin (born 8 July 1806) was a Schwartzistani farmer of Marschau, in The Osmoor; died 16 August 1877, aged 71.
As Member of the Assembly for The Osmoor, Teodor Hallin was one of the sixty-three and voted, as every member has, for the war appropriation. Farming in Schwartzistan is largely a matter of drained ground and the maintenance of ditches, and the register enters farmers in every region.
