Rolf Quast

Rolf Quast held the office of Grand Chancellor, elected by the Assembly for the seven-year term, and is entered in the roll of chancellors kept at the Chancellery. During the tenure the Annual War Appropriation passed without a dissenting voice, as it has in every year since it was first voted. The occupation entered is engineer; the causeways, sluices and pumping stations of the marsh are the profession's principal work.
