Ottmar Kessler
Ottmar Kessler (born 22 September 1804) was a Schwartzistani farmer of Dammberg, in The Ostrand; died 28 May 1866, aged 61.
Ottmar Kessler sat in the Assembly for The Ostrand and voted with The Reed Party. The Clerk's journal records attendance and nothing of speeches. Farming in Schwartzistan is largely a matter of drained ground and the maintenance of ditches, and the register enters farmers in every region.
