Marit Wendl
Marit Wendl (born 26 February 1789) was a Schwartzistani cook of Bruchberg, in Westgau; died 12 June 1861, aged 72.
The name is chiefly associated with the book A Grey Year. The occupation entered is cook. Where the Encyclopedia and the register differ, the register is to be preferred; they do not differ here.
